Odnoklassniki connection to Bitrix24

Odnoklassniki is a popular Russian social media platform that can be useful for companies that aim at establishing a stronger connection with customers of various age groups. Umnico allows you to integrate Odnoklassniki with Bitrix24 CRM system. The integration provides a convenient ability to process incoming messages and comments on posts, assign them to your team members, and send replies directly from Bitrix24.

With Umnico, you can connect Odnoklassniki to Bitrix24 and set up the transfer of messages to “Open Lines” in Bitrix24.

Please note: before setting up the integration, you need to connect all the necessary Odnoklassniki accounts on the Umnico platform.

How to connect Odnoklassniki to Umnico

In your Umnico account, select “Channels — Main — Other — Odnoklassniki”.

In the connection window, click “Log in to Odnoklassniki”.

After successful authorization, go to the “Groups” section, find “My groups”, and open the required group.

Click “More — Settings”.

In the left-hand menu, select “Messages — API work” and click “Get access key”.

Copy the obtained access key.

Return to Umnico, paste the access key, and click “Connect”.

Done! After successful authorization, the authorization window will close, and the Odnoklassniki community will appear in the “Main” section in the list of connected channels.

How to connect Umnico to Bitrix24

1. In the Bitrix24 interface, select “Applications — Marketplace” in the left-hand menu.

2. Enter “Umnico” in the search bar.

3. Click “Install”.

4. Check the boxes to agree to the “Solution Catalog Terms of Use”, “License Agreement”, and “Privacy Policy”, then click “Install”.

5. In the application window that opens, enter the email address and password for your Umnico account, then click “Log in”.

6. Click “Connect”.

Setting up Odnoklassniki connection to Bitrix24

1. In the left-hand menu of Bitrix24, select “Contact Center”. If the section is not displayed in the menu, enter “Contact Center” in the search bar.

2. The “Contact Center” displays a list of available Umnico integrations as connectors. To connect Odnoklassniki, select the Odnoklassniki connector.

3. In the menu that opens, click “Connect”. The “Channel successfully configured” notification will appear.

4. Select the required “Open Line” and click “Save”.

5. After that, the connected connector will be highlighted in light green.

6. The integration is set up. From this point on, all messages will be delivered to “Open Lines” in Bitrix24. The other connectors are connected in the same way.

Please note: if you have added new integrations on the Umnico side, you need to “Update connectors” in the Umnico application settings. Otherwise, the new connectors will not appear in the “Contact Center”.
