What determines the cost of the pricing plan?
Umnico's subscription price depends on the number of connected communication channels, the term, and the number of connected users - operators.
Is there a trial period in Umnico?
Yes, you can test all the functionality of Umnico for free for 3 days. Facebook Instagram, WhatsApp, VKontakte, Telegram integration can be enabled in the trial version, chat can be connected to the website for free, Umnico can be integrated with amoCRM and Bitrix24, and all the functionality of the service can be tested to make sure that it is suitable for your business.
Are there any discounts when using the service?
Yes, you can get a discount of up to 30% when paying the tariff for any period of more than a month. The discount is provided with real money, not bonuses and cashback. Detailed information is in the "Tariffs" tab.
How do you charge for using the service?
Write-off within the system occurs daily according to the purchased tariff for the selected period: month / six months / year / two years. When new integrations are enabled, your tariff and the amount of deduction will change.
Is it possible to buy additional inetgrations for different periods of time?
No, that's not possible. If you want to purchase integration, you need to purchase it for the same period of time as your main tariff. For example, if you have already purchased a tariff for a quarter, you can purchase integration only for a quarter.
Who are the users and why are they needed?
When you connect the Umnico service” you get “Owner" access. If you want to connect employees to the service, they need “operator" access. One employee = one access. Thus, you will be able to flexibly configure the powers of employees, giving them access to the channels and functions of the service they need, see all the analytics on employees, their response rate, conversion to sales, see where and when they entered into a dialogue, and much more.
Will I get all the financial documents and statements?
Of course, when paying by card, a transaction record will be sent to your email which was specified. When paying by invoice, a financial document will be sent to you upon request.
Do I need to pay for users when working with CRM?
Payment for additional users of such CRMs as Bitrix24 and amoCRM is not applied when it is integrated with instant messengers and social media. Each user of MDT is billed separately.
