VKontakte is a popular Russian social media and an effective tool for communicating with a large audience of customers. The main VKontakte advantage as a communication channel is to respond to direct messages and comments received by the group.

To connect VKontakte integration to amoCRM:

1. Select “Settings — Integrations — VKontakte Messages + Comments”.

2. When a connection window opens, click “Connect”.

3. Select a group and click “Save”.

4. A window for requesting application access to the account opens. Click “Allow”.

5. Click “Get access key”. Copy the token from the address bar and paste it into the “URL” box. Click “Connect”.

6. The connection window will close and integration with the selected VKontakte community will be added in “Connected”.

Sometimes, in cases, when a group is combined with a large number of CRM and services, it is impossible to connect it in a regular way. To solve this issue, go to your VKontakte community. Select “Management”.

Then select “Work with API”.

Here you need to familiarize yourself with all the integration keys and reduce their number to the maximum. Leave a maximum of 3-5 pieces. Next, go to the “Callback API” tab.

Here you need to learn about all the servers that were created for your group. VKontakte social media makes a limit on the number of servers for one group, so there should not be more than 2 of them. You can view all servers by clicking on the drop-down list at the top right. Irrelevant and unfamiliar servers should be deleted. You can do it through “You can delete the server” at the bottom of the page.

After all these steps, you need to reconnect the group to Umnico. Now everything will work correctly.

After that, connect the amoCRM integration. To connect the integration of VKontakte group with amoCRM, select “Settings — Integrations” in the left menu and click on amoCRM.

In the window, click “Connect”.

In the tab that opens, select amoCRM (to display amoCRM you should be authorized in amoCRM) and click “Allow”.

Next, you will be transferred to Umnico to the page with integration settings.

Funnel synchronization allows selection of a funnel in amoCRM and the status where transactions will be transferred. When sending a deal to a specific funnel and to any next status after “Unsorted”, tags will be created in the deals indicating the integration channel through which the deal came, the type of message (message/comment).

If you need deals to be sent to the “Unsorted” select “Send to the „Unsorted“ of the main funnel”. But in this case, neither the tags nor the work phone number will be added to the deal.

Reach out first — amoCRM allows you to initiate a WhatsApp/Telegram Personal conversation (even if you haven’t had any correspondence with this user before) from a deal, provided that the integration is connected. The amoCRM interface only allows you to write first with WhatsApp/Telegram Personal.

Deal setup — you need to choose what to do when the client reapplies for an archived/closed deal. Create a new deal or send a message to the last closed deal.

After configuring the settings, click the “Save” button.
