How to view website visitors:
In the left menu, click on the “Visitors” tab.
A list of visitors who are currently browsing the website will appear.
There are details provided next to each visitor’s profile: a page they are viewing, time spent on the website, approximate geolocation, device type, and source.
How to reach out to a client via live chat first:
In the “Visitors” tab, click on the “Write first” icon (a notebook with a pencil) next to a customer’s profile.
A chat will open with the details of the customer’s visit to the website.
After texting the customer, you can continue the conversation either in the current chat window or in Umnico Inbox chat, where it will be displayed in the list of active chats.
By tracking visitor activity in real-time, you can identify patterns and trends in their behavior. This valuable information can help you:
