Settings of templates

The system implements the function of templates for a quick response to the client. To use them, select a dialog and click \ sign below the answer field.

Message input

A list of available templates will open. You can add an unlimited number of templates of different types, i.e. greeting/sales scenario/consultation/delivery/survey/farewell and many more for various clients and situations.

Dialog templates

Templates contain template accessibility settings and hotkeys.
By ticking the box “The phrase is available to all managers”, all employees are given access to the created template. By specifying a “Hotkey”, you will be able to send templates without choosing it each time from the list of templates, but simply by pressing the required combination.

Edit template

To add a new template:
1) You need to click on the “Add Template” button.

2) Specify the text of the template and assign a label/template type;
3) Click “Save”
