Search

The new Search feature available in New chats/My chats/Archive tabs allows users to search for messages and clients across various integrations, including Instagram, WhatsApp, VK, and others.

Search by customers
To search, simply enter the name of the Instagram account, phone number, or nickname. The system will display matching dialogues. If no suitable dialogues are found, the system will suggest searching by messages.

Search by messages
Specify the word or phrase. Umnico system will display the conversations that include this particular word or phrase. If there are no suitable conversations found, the system will suggest a search by clients.
