* The "Personal Cash Back" promotion is valid from September 16, 2024, to December 15, 2024, and is only applicable to new Umnico users who have not previously purchased a paid subscription to the service. Cash back is a one-time refund of 10% of the paid amount for a standard professional Umnico subscription (plan/license) for a period of 6 months or more. To qualify for cash back, the payment must be made exclusively during the promotion period. Professional subscriptions with special terms or those that include integration with WhatsApp Business API and/or Chatbot Builder are not eligible for the promotion, and no cash back will be paid on their cost. To receive cash back, a user who has paid for an Umnico subscription must independently contact an Umnico sales representative via messenger or email and provide all necessary information in writing (including: full name, phone number, bank account details, Umnico account number, and a receipt for full payment of the Umnico subscription for a period of 6 months or more) to receive the cash back payment. Cash back is paid by wire transfer to an individual or legal entity's account within one calendar month following the month in which the professional Umnico subscription (plan/license) is acquired. By participating in the promotion, the participant automatically accepts the terms of the promotion and agrees that the responsibility for paying taxes on the income received lies with the individual or legal entity receiving the payment, in accordance with the tax laws of the recipient's country of residence. The organizer of the promotion reserves the right to refuse to pay cash back to a participant if the transfer of funds is not possible or is blocked by the recipient's bank.
