Employee performance analytics

You can compare the performance of your managers using the “Compare” function (a table with key indicators for each manager will be displayed), or you can upload this data to Excel using the “Download in XLS” button.

At the moment, Umnico allows you to compare the conversion rate for each employee, as well as the average response time.
