Cross-channel reply on Instagram
Note!
To use this function, first connect to Instagram Official.Umnico system has a unique function that allows you to reply to a comment under posts immediately in Instagram Direct, with the possibility to select the account from which you want to reply (when connecting multiple Instagram accounts).
To do this, it is necessary to:
1. Select a dialogue with the desired comment under the field for entering a message, click on “Name of your channel” — “Comment”.
2. Select the desired Instagram account to reply to and send the message.
Note!
Please note that the Instagram service monitors how many template messages you send to users. It may block the sending of these messages.
