Telegram consistently ranks among the most popular messaging apps in many regions. For small and medium-sized businesses, the messenger opens up opportunities for fast and effective customer communication, thanks to its extensive capabilities: chatbots, groups and channels, file sharing, and mini-apps.
Integrating Telegram with Kommo through the Umnico platform allows you to combine the messenger with your CRM system, speed up request processing, and build a transparent, manageable sales pipeline.

In your Umnico Personal Account, go to: "Channels — Main — Telegram".

Method 1. Connect using the code from the message
1. In the connection window, enter the phone number linked to your Telegram account (without symbols) and click "Continue".

2. You will receive an authorization code in the Telegram app.

3. Enter it into the field and click "Connect".

Method 2: Connecting via QR code
1. In the connection window, click "Connect using QR code".

2. Scan the QR code using the Telegram app in the "Settings - Devices - Connect Device" section.

You will also receive a notification from Telegram about logging in from a new device. In Telegram messenger itself, you’ll need to confirm the authorization by clicking "Yes, it's me".

After successful connection, Telegram will appear in the list of connected channels in Umnico.

From now on, all incoming requests in Telegram will be displayed in the Umnico interface.

The next step is to connect Umnico with Kommo so that inquiries from Telegram automatically appear in your CRM system.
1. In your Umnico Personal Account, select from the side menu: "CRM Integrations — Kommo".

2. Click "Connect". An authorization window will open.

3. In the opened tab, select your Kommo account (you must be authorized), then confirm permission for integration.

4. After connecting, the Settings page will open:
Deal Settings
Configure the logic for handling repeat inquiries: create a new deal or add the message to the last closed one. This will help avoid duplicate deals and keep the entire communication history with the client in one place.

Pipeline Synchronization
Choose the pipeline and status where new deals from Umnico will go. If you send inquiries directly to the main pipeline stage, the system will automatically add tags to deals: integration channel (e.g., WhatsApp), message type (message or comment). If you choose the option "Send to 'Unsorted' of the main pipeline", tags and the work phone will not be added.

Reach out first
You can start a conversation with a client from a deal in Kommo, even if they haven't messaged you yet. This feature is available only for WhatsApp, MAX, and Telegram Personal, provided the client's number is already in the contact card.

Umnico Widget Display Settings
Customize the Umnico widget and selected operators' display in Kommo interface.

Access Settings
To connect, you need to authorize in Kommo and confirm permissions for integration with Umnico. This will ensure correct data transfer between platforms.

Once everything is set, click "Save" to apply the changes.
5. Done! The integration is complete and ready for use.

Now all incoming customer inquiries in Telegram will appear in the Kommo CRM system.
