Cross-channel reply on Instagram*

To use this function, first connect to Instagram* Official.Umnico system has a unique function that allows you to reply to a comment under posts immediately in Instagram* Direct, with the possibility to select the account from which you want to reply (when connecting multiple Instagram accounts).
To do this, it is necessary to:
1. Select a dialogue with the desired comment under the field for entering a message, click on “Name of your channel” — “Comment”.
2. Select the desired Instagram* account to reply to and send the message.
Note!
Please note that the Instagram* service monitors how many template messages you send to users. It may block the sending of these messages.
