4.2.5. Increase security during usage of Umnico.

5.1. They are permitted to use the personal information only to provide the services to you and us.
5.2. We share personal information (including personal identifiers) with trusted third parties to help us respond to inquiries, provide products and services to you such as processing payments, performing social media functions, and administering drawings, contests, training, and events. In these situations, you are directing us to intentionally disclose personal information, so we can provide our products and services and respond to your requests.
5.3. We share any personal information among our affiliates for business and commercial purposes.

Please help us to keep your personal information secure by not using an obvious login name or password or giving your password to others. Although we make efforts to secure your personal information, we cannot guarantee the safety of any personal information you transmit to us online.
Where necessary, we may need to transfer your personal information to another country to enable us to provide you with our products and services, for marketing purposes, and for customer relationship management purposes. These transfers can take place within Umnico affiliates and subsidiaries, but also to selected third parties (as explained in the ‘Disclosure of Information’ section of this Privacy Policy). Your personal information is stored by Umnico until you stop using our products. In case of deletion of data from Umnico at the initiative of one of the parties, personal data of users is stored in databases of Umnico for not more than six months. Upon expiration of the above-mentioned period of storage of personal data of users, personal data is deleted. Users have the right to withdraw at any time the provided consent to processing of personal data on condition of the written notice of it of Service on the communication channels provided below, not less than in 90 days before the date of the termination of processing and use of the personal data provided to them assumed.
