1. DEFINITIONS

Personal information is collected and processed when you use Umnico. This information is divided into two general categories: Information you provide to us and Information collected automatically.

We ask for and collect personal information below when you use Umnico. We process this information for adequate performance of any contract between us and you, including but not limited to Terms of use. Without it, we may not be able to provide you with all requested products and its features.

2.1.2.	Your messages	We retain your messages in the ordinary course of providing Umnico to you. We offer end-to-end encryption for our products, which is on by default. It means that your messages are protected against third parties from reading this.
2.1.3.	Your connections	To help you organize how you communicate with your clients, you may create lists of contacts via Umnico. Such lists are connected to your profile information.

2.2. Information we collect automatically

Information below we collect automatically as a result of your use of Umnico or through use of cookies and other web analytics services.

2.2.1.	Usage information	We collect information about interaction with Umnico, including pages that you visit and links you click on, time, frequency and duration of your visits.
2.2.2.	Log data	Log information is collected automatically when you use Umnico even if you have not registered your account or logged in. This information includes details about how you’ve used Umnico (including links to third-party sites or services), Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, your browser type and operating system, device information, device event information (e.g., crashes, browser type), and the page you’ve viewed or engaged with before or after using Umnico.
2.2.3.	Cookies	We use cookies and other similar technologies, such as pixels, local storage, and mobile device identifiers and may also allow our business partners to use these tracking technologies in Umnico, or engage others to track your behavior on our behalf.
2.2.4.	Location data	When you use certain features of Umnico, we may collect data about your general location (e.g. IP address). We use this data to provide you with location-based services (such as advertising and personalized content). Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable the use of location services for applications in the device’s settings.
2.2.5.	Device information	We collect information from and about the devices you use, including how you interact with Umnico and information about the device itself, such as the hardware model, operating system, IP addresses, cookie information, device settings, mobile device and advertising identifiers, apps installed, browser type, language, battery level and time zone. This information allows us to recognize and associate your activity, and provide personalized content and advertising, consistently across all of your devices.

3. PURPOSES OF USING PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.7. To resolve disputes and identify problems.

3.8. To prevent potentially prohibited and illegal acts.

4. COOKIES AND OTHER IDENTIFIERS

4.1. We use cookies and other identifiers to enable Umnico to recognize your browser, device and to provide, improve Umnico.

4.2. We also use it to learn more about your interests, and provide you with essential features and services, including:

4.2.1. Identifying you when you sign in to use Umnico to allow you to use it.

4.2.2. Tracking your specific preferences to allow us to honor your preferences, such as whether or not you would like to see interest-based ads.

4.2.3. To perform research and diagnostics to improve Umnico’s content, products, and services.

4.2.4. Prevention of fraud.

4.2.5. Increase security during usage of Umnico.

4.2.6. Delivering content, including ads, relevant to your interests on Umnico’s website and third-party sites.

4.2.7. Reporting. This allows us to measure and analyze the performance of Umnico.

4.3. Approved third parties may also set cookies when you interact with Umnico. We share personal information (including personal identifiers) with trusted third parties to help us respond to inquiries, provide products and services to you such as processing payments, performing social media functions, and administering drawings, contests, training, and events. In these situations, you are directing us to intentionally disclose personal information, so we can provide our products and services and respond to your requests.

6. SECURITY AND QUALITY

Umnico will take reasonable steps to protect personal information. We use a variety of advanced security technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. For example, when we transmit sensitive personal information over the internet, we use encryption. Please help us to keep your personal information secure by not using an obvious login name or password or giving your password to others. Although we make efforts to secure your personal information, we cannot guarantee the safety of any personal information you transmit to us online.

7. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

Where necessary, we may need to transfer your personal information to another country to enable us to provide you with our products and services, for marketing purposes, and for customer relationship management purposes. 8. CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children, and no part of our websites or applications is directed to them. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may alert us at hello@umnico.com. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from children, we will promptly take steps to delete it and terminate the child’s account, if any.

9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Certain jurisdictions have specific legal requirements and grant privacy rights with respect to personal information, and we will comply with restrictions and any requests you submit as required by applicable law. For example, you may have:

9.1. The right to review, correct, and delete personal information we have about you, or to consent or withdraw consent to certain uses or sharing of personal information. You may be able to use a Site to access and update the personal information that you have provided to us.

10. UPDATES TO OUR POLICY

Please review our Privacy Policy from time to time.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

Your personal information is stored by Umnico until you stop using our products. In case of deletion of data from Umnico at the initiative of one of the parties, personal data of users is stored in databases of Umnico for not more than six months. Upon expiration of the above-mentioned period of storage of personal data of users, personal data is deleted. Users have the right to withdraw at any time the provided consent to processing of personal data on condition of the written notice of it of Service on the communication channels provided below, not less than in 90 days before the date of the termination of processing and use of the personal data provided to them assumed.
